The
Villages of Creekside is
a Planned Residential Development
established in 1991. The
community was designed with
three sections of home sites
known as the Executive section
(93 lots), the Patio section
(95 lots) and the Estates
section (64 lots) for a total
of 252 home sites. As of
Feb 2009 there are 9 lots
remaining. Landmark
Builders, Inc is the exclusive builder
for the remaining home sites.
The Homeowners Association is responsible for the maintenance and functioning of the community. Rules and regulations governing the community can be found in two documents: Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and the By-laws of the Villages of Creekside Homeowners Association.
